In 2002 it began with just 1500 pieces hand-picked by its founder Marcus Michail. In the 6 short years since Nerrida took over the reins, the business has grown into an empire. Fancy Shmancy Ent, now occupies an entire building on Oxford Street, and is the headquarters of 5 stand alone yet complimentary divisions. Each provides a broad range of services and products to both the general public and corporate clients in the entertainment and performing arts industries. FS Boutique Fancy Dress Hire now houses over 5000 pieces, V.I.P has more than 1500 Original Vintage and Theatrical pieces and Props, C.F.X provides both Makeup artists and professional quality Character and Special Effects supplies, D.S.C specialises in Custom Costume Design, Product Sourcing & Event Styling and finally M.A.D with over 1500 different Costume Accessory and Novelty products.
